ABOUT ME

In my experience, a person cannot be summarized in a few paragraphs. Your career and work has too much depth, your journey is too long, and your ambition is too large. But I suppose with a few paragraphs I can at least give you an overview of who I am and what I do.

I am the President and Founder of Ascend Leadership Collective, which is my leadership and organizational culture and leadership consultancy. I am also the Co-Founder and Principal Partner at Ascend Coaching and Consulting, and am the Director of Experiential Education at Miami University. Over the past fifteen years I have worked in Partnership Development, Employer Relations, Strategy and Marketing Communications, and have been a high-level leader in every organization where I have worked.

I am fortunate enough to work with some of the best industry experts in the world. I collaborate with award-winning design firms, the largest financial and banking institutions in the world, nationwide marketing firms, popular athletic apparel brands, prestigious creative studios, and acclaimed music, entertainment, and media groups. I believe that this experience and exposure has helped me to grow into a forward-thinking thought leader. I am someone that advocates towards futurism in industry, I am always looking to make impactful changes to enhance organizations, and I have a strong capacity to be adaptable and creative.
